Senior Centers for Today's Seniors

Many people think that a Senior Center is for “old people.”  On the contrary, Senior Centers are in the business of keeping people young.  They promote community connectedness, provide health and wellness programs, educational classes, and they are a hub for volunteer opportunities.  A senior center can be many things to many people.  They can be utilized as a social network, a resource for services and support, or an activity center.
