Fashion Show Volunteers Needed
CPAAA is seeking models age 55 and older to participate in the free fashion show at Botanica on Thursday, September 22 1-2pm.
Models will wear their own clothing or find their own costume to portray fashions of the 1960’s. The fashion show has been a favorite Senior Expo event, with nearly 400 people attended last year.
“The models in the show have such a good time, and it shows when they’re on stage,” said Kimberly Joachims, fashion show coordinator. “It’s a lot of fun to watch and even more fun to participate in.” Interested persons should contact the Sedgwick County Department on Aging by the end of August to reserve their place in the show.
