CPAAA is the administrator of the Coordinated Transit District (CTD) #12, which encompasses Butler, Harvey and Sedgwick counties and was formed as a result of a state mandate.  CTD #12 is one of 15 districts in the state.  The CTDs were formed for the purpose of agency collaboration and coordination enhancement among public transit providers receiving federal and state funding.  CTD #12 was established in 1994 through an interlocal agreement of the Board of Commissioners of Butler, Harvey and Sedgwick counties and the Paratransit Council, a transportation advocacy agency.  Click on the three counties listed on the left to learn about more details on the local transportation options for elderly and individuals of all ages availalbe in the tri-county area.
